Laura Filas is a multidisciplinary artist and graphic designer who is based in a suburb outside of Chicago. Her work is informed by a fascination with the mundane and close observation of the concurrent normalities & idiosyncrasies of the day-to-day. This inordinate attention to detail leaks through all facets of her practice to shape outcomes into what they are–distilled paradoxes, engaging and rewarding to work through.
